Facilitation Foundations Introduction to Live Session

Strengthen your practice. Deepen your impact.

These live sessions are where facilitators practise mindfulness with others in the Calmology community.

Each session focuses on an element or attitude from the Calmology courses, revisited through practical, creative experiences—drawing, pausing, breathing, noticing.

This is where a steady personal practice begins to form. As facilitators engage each week, they build awareness and confidence in how to bring mindfulness into daily life—formally and informally—with the children they support.
