The Child Protection Refresher QLD course was very informative and helped reinforce my understanding of key responsibilities when working with children. I appreciated the clear explanations of significant harm, types of abuse, and cumulative harm, as these concepts are vital for keeping children safe. The section on trauma-informed care was particularly helpful, reminding me of the importance of safety, trust, and cultural awareness in practice. The course was easy to follow and provided practical examples that made the information relevant to real-life situations.
